Ancillary Testing

The following items are optional services that are offered for additional fees:

  • Air Radon – Utilizing a Continuous Radon Monitor
  • Water Quality – For Non-Public Water Sources (wells)

Septic System Inspections

Septic Inspection logo smFor properties that have on-site septic disposal systems, it is recommended that a septic inspection be performed prior to purchasing a home. Baseline Home Inspections, LLC can coordinate with Kent Clean Septic to have the septic system inspected during the home inspection.
